"Connecting One Person To another"

Gazing at my empty hands.

Come Holy spirit and fill.

Heart and soul screams with demand.

Erase the sense of betrayal.

My Spirit twists in agony.

Gasping, chocking as tears gush.

Heart beats in broken melody.

Heavy weight, hear the crush.

I run in frantic fright.

Leaving my heart of mush.

No safe shelter in sight.

No warm company, hear the hush.

Holy Spirit, I need your companionship.

As others receive so freely.

Like two beings meant for kinship.

Don't let this gift pass by me.

"Tested And Always Approved"

Lord, set sail.
Gentle and strong, hands.
Pushing me out to sail.
Leaving the sands.

Lord, come in the boat.
"Go on ahead, He said."
Lump forms in my throat.
As I look ahead.

Being puzzled, I turn around.
Seeing my Lord smile.
He says, "I will see you around."
My emotions go wild.

In the middle of no where.
As the sun shines.
Out of reach of human care.
My body whines.

Cool rushing breeze.
Ushering dark forming clouds.
I go to my knees.
As fear and worry, hounds.

The sound of thunder.
I smother my face.
Where's my Lord, I wonder?
I miss His calming voice.

Looking up, on my right.
Blinded by the raining sky.
Filled with fright.
Don't let me die.

Still looking out
at the stormy sea.
A familiar voice shouts,
"Come out to Me!"

Light, radiating figure.
"It Is I the Lord!"
"Come hither!"
Lord, come here on board!

His arms opened wide.
Unresisting urge.
They have never lied.
Into the deep I surge.

Sudden crushing wave.
Swallowing my security boat.
Into watery grave.
Never again, float.

Distracted by this funeral.
My eyes off the Lord.
See wind, rain and waves funnel.
Sinking in this water world.

Lord, save me!
Loving arms of gentle, strong hands,
free me!
Instantly back on sands.

Looking up to my Lord.
Seeing and absorbing His smile.
He cuddles me with sweet rewards.
Lasting more than a while.

"God Opens A Window"

Hallway of closed doors.

Hear a heartbeat

pounding the walls and floors.

Sweeping me off my feet.

End of the hallway

room with no door.

I am carried to its call.

For what's in store.

Room with no windows

where no flower can bloom.

No looking out to lush meadows.

Hear the walls gloom.

A door behind me closes

quickly turning around.

Replaced by prayer closets.

Lies and doubts keep me bound.

My soul cries and whales.

Heart and mind scream and shout.

Tears fill the rooms pails.

Not enough to quench inner drought.

The room begins to fill

heart swims for its life.

The room now has a chill.

Cutting the soul like a knife.

Remembering the prayer closets

Lord Jesus come and deliver.

Lies and doubts no longer exists.

Open window, out goes a river.

Out the window

the room has a drain.

Draining me out to lush meadows.

Beauty, only Jesus can contain.

Wind from His high Mountains

drying off my holy garments.

Within me appears anointed fountains.

Forever more in His presence.

"Death To Carnal Nature"

As my spirit twists,
feeling His nails in my wrists.
Fleshly crown,
my head begins to pound.

Crucifying this fleshly body,
say goodbye to Friday.
Hello to Sunday.

God, manifest within to endure.
Until the power of Your Sons blood,
reveals and answers my cure.
Gods spirit again begins to bud.

Pierce my side and open it wide.
All that's not you will stay outside,
running away, terrified.
Finding no place to hide.

The waiting is over.
Time for death to be over.
Thus saith the Lord,
I remove the tombs seal of death.
Destroying the Devils hold,
hear the deceivers last breath.
Vengeance is mine to give.
No more demon power can live.

Rise up and walk!
Soul-ties and chains,
only I the Lord can unlock.
To My domain.

It's resurrection Sunday,
look up to the sky!
Behold, it's your wedding day!
Get ready for your spirit to fly!
At the sound of the trumpets cry!

"REUNION"

Suspended in the air,

is someone there?

For I desire warmth,

from the earth.

Beneath my feet,

will they finally meet?

Come and rescue,

my strengths are few.

A cloud surrounds me,

the warmth consumes me.

It erases everything around me.

The light overpowers,

no existence of hours.

Lost in its presence.

Body and soul are one in His excellence.

Unknown to mankind,

blot nor blemish come to mind.

Truly no fairy tail,

beyond the veil.

I see His face,

in this secret place.

Never will I be alone,

this is my home.

A Savior forever,

He cannot say never.

Come to me my beloved,

you will never be abandoned.

I will make all things clear,

so child do not fear.

For I am hear.

"Tears Flow Into Joy"

The eyes close,

as tears begin to flow.

Like a rushing stream.

Finding dry places to redeem.

The taste of salty tears.

What I have to calm the fears.

Suddenly arms of love,

from my father up above.

Wrap them selves around me.

All fear, now has to flee.

Safe, warm and calm.

No harm by open palm.

Tears, He allows the flood to flow.

So worries, fears and hurts,

only to disperse.

Making room for His eternal joy.

That invades parched vessels.

In every man, women, girl, and boy.

"Gods New Thing"

The day has come.

To be led by ways,

I have not known.

Farewell to yesterdays.

Along unfamiliar paths,

He will guide my steps.

Where uncertain lapses,

His light illuminates.

Darkness into light.

Rough places smooth.

Angels to flight.

Satan pays his dues.

These things and more.

Now, my God will do.

None forsaken or to ignore.

Promises are always new.

He is always with me,

holding my right hand.

With counsel He guides me.

Then into glory, the Promise Land.

"Suffering to Healing"

Since Adam and eve.

Pain and suffering was born.

Choices only God disagrees.

Choices that makes us to mourn.

We cry out to God to bare.

Gods freedom for the asking.

Sufferings and pain from others.

What snares us into suffering.

Heart ache for doing what is good.

So as did our savior, Jesus Christ.

Rejoice, His glory will be revealed.

Suffering and pain to a healing burst.

"In The Middle Of It All'

Through the violent storm.

Through the blazing fire.

I raise my empty hands,

to my God, way up there.

Beyond the reaches from harm.

His hands pass through barbwire.

Lifting me out of this raging flood,

and unto heavens of lush lands.

"Equipped for His Return" (2nd Timothy 4:1-8)

As believers and followers of Christ.

Pay close attention to each other.

Under Gods convection and grace.

Accountable, no one falls into error.

For the time is coming and has come hence.

The lure of tickling the ear and emotions.

People will be seduced into mistruths.

Wandering off into myths and man made fictions.

Be calm and cool and steady.

Accept and suffer unflinching of hardships.

A solider of Gods army, following duties.

Under the influence of an evangelistic spirit.

Be ready for a life of sacrificing.

Your spirit's release from the body.

A life poured out like a drink offering.

Slaves at hand, will soon go free.

Fight the good fight and finish the race.

Knowing He has laid up jewels in your crowns.

Hold firmly to the faith in Christ.

Love and yearn for His glorious return.

"Something Hidden"

As I watched my life drift away.

Year by year still the same.

One blow and then another.

Like a tornado on a mission of massacre.

It sweeps over my human structure.

Piece by piece and layer by layer.

What remains is little but precious.

I gather the pieces of thankfulness.

Lifting it up, I wait for His presence.

He takes the materials of what remains.

To create a revealing plan face to face.

To take me from this perishable place.

To breath in me a freshness of His Joy.

Rekindling a new state of being.

A product of His divine planing.

Be still and know He is God.

Through the silence and the noise.

He's creating something, all this time.
